Marriage- Did I really just do this?

I feel this immense connection with him. I have to have known him from somewhere. But how we barely met a couple hours ago. But we have so much in common. He makes me laugh. He tells me I understand him. Wow did we just say the same thing at the same time?  Weird! Those are the words that so many of the participants in Married At First Sight gushed about to the cameras in last week's episode. Were those feelings sincere or were they just caught in the moment?  Can you truly feel like you've know someone for an eternity within days or hours or even minutes of actually meeting that person?  I feel like that is true to a certain extent, but then again I think that feeling of being caught in the moment is often intertwined with the feeling of knowing someone for an eternity which leads to feeling that immense connection.
